Rental conditions
TAXES | 19 % will be added to the prices indicated in the grid (GST, QST and Taxe on Lodging). |
DEPOSIT | 30% of the total is required at time of booking. Please note this deposit is non-refundable. |
IMPORTANT | By paying the deposit, you agree the rental terms and conditions and you agree to comply with all the rules set out in the contract. |
BALANCE | The balance is due two weeks before the date of arrival. If you cancel your booking after the balance is paid, this amount is not refundable unless we manage to replace your reservation by a new on those dates. |
COVID-19 | If you have booked a chalet and your reservation is affected by the restrictions related to COVID-19, here are your options:
If the ban on rental or inter-regional travel extends beyond the dates of your stay: Option 1: Postpone your stay: -The deposit already paid will serve as a credit for your future reservation. You can choose your dates at a time that suits you. Note that the pricing in effect for the selected period will be applied. It is therefore possible that you will have to pay an additional sum if you choose a stay with a higher rate. Option 2: Since the situation is constantly changing, here are the rules established to obtain a refund of your deposit paid for your reservation affected by the restrictions related to Covid-19: You will have up to 21 days before your arrival to request a refund of your deposit : - If your stay is in more than 21 days and restrictions issued by the Government of Quebec affecting your stay are in progress, we will refund your deposit at your request. - If your reservation is in less than 21 days and restrictions issued by the Government were known 21 days before your arrival, we keep your deposit. - If your reservation is in less than 21 days and new restrictions issued by the Government were not known 21 days before your arrival, we will refund your deposit. Note that it is your duty to respect the restrictions / regulations issued by the government during the pandemic. |
PAYMENT | Electronic invoice will be sent. Payment with Visa or Master Card. |
PHOTO ID | You must send either by text message to 581 886-3145 or by email at info@residences-boutique.ca, a copy of a photo identification of the holder of the credit card used to make the booking. Your photo ID has to show your residential address. |
DAMAGE | A pre-authorization of $ 1,000 will be required on your credit card on the day of your arrival as a security deposit. In case of breakage, uncleanliness of the unit or if the rules are not respected, the security deposit, partial or complete, may be withheld without notice. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be released automatically 7 days after your arrival.
In the event of a major breakage, the amount of the security deposit refund will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the damage caused. In the event that the security deposit is not sufficient to cover the breakages and / or return the chalet to the same condition as on arrival, the tenant agrees to pay the excess upon receipt of the invoice. An additional cleaning fee will be retained from the security deposit if the chalet is not left in the same condition as on arrival (except for washing the bedding). Here is what you must do before leaving the chalet: wash any dirty dishes, turn the dishwasher on, place the waste in the appropriate bins outside, pick up the waste left on the outdoor lot during your stay. |
SPA (HOT TUB) | The tenant agrees to respect and ensure that his guests respect the following regulations:
Résidences Boutique inc. assumes no responsibility for any accident, injury or drowning. In the event that the spa (hot tub) is left in poor condition due to improper use or non-compliance with regulations, charges will be billed to the tenant. |
ARRIVAL | A self check-in will be possible from 4 p.m. and the check-out must be made before 11 a.m.
A $ 100 fee may be withheld from the security deposit if you do not meet the scheduled departure time. Would you like to arrive earlier or leave later? Contact us 48 hours before your arrival to check the possibilities. It will be our pleasure to offer an early arrival or a late departure free of charge if the calendar allows it. |
KEY | A numeric code will be provided 2 days before your arrival. |
MISC. | Non-smoking, no pets, maximum of 10 persons. Reservations are not permitted to persons of less than 25 years old. |
PARTY | No excessive noise, disturbance in the vicinity, strong music or any abusive behavior of any kind will be tolerated. |
RESERVATIONS | Note that we only make reservation on a weekly basis during holiday period. |
